Richard is Head of Investment Banking and Deputy Divisional Director of the Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe, the largest commercial bank in Zimbabwe. He oversees the overall strategy, management, and directs CBZ Bank’s Investment Banking Division to ensure optimal productivity and profitability through the generation of non-interest/fee income, securing offshore liquidity, prudential lending, and that assets and liabilities are structured effectively and sustainably.
He holds a Master of Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours degree.
Richard chairs the Finance Committee of One Gas Resources.
